On Saturday, January 31, Brother William Lacourse was welcomed into the Scottish Rite in the Valley of the Firelands after receiving the 4th Degree at the Bucyrus Lodge. The capping ceremony was followed by a presentation of the 29th Degree, Knight of Saint Andrew.
