Join us for an informative Ohio Scottish Rite Council of Deliberation event! As a membership-based organization, learning how to effec­tively retain, attract and develop members is critical. During this unique Masonic learning and development experience, you will take away tan­gible actions and behaviors to implement that will advance our collective ability to deliver a valuable Masonic Membership Experience to current and future Brethren. Also, we will address a fundamental question, "What do Master Masons want from Scottish Rite Freemasonry?"

This interactive and dynamic learning experience will be facilitated by Wayne Spooner, Managing Director of Enlightened Research, Training and Consulting, LLC. He is the Chairman of the Grand Lodge of Illinois Membership Committee and past Chairman of the Illinois Scottish Rite Council of Deliberation Membership Committee.
