Sunday, November 16th at 3P - Open installation of Tiffin Lodge officers for the 2025 - 2026 Masonic year (refreshments to follow installation)
Wednesday, November 19th at 7P - All are invited to Ely Lodge for the open installation of WB Jeremy Tavenner as District Education Officer for the 16th Masonic District as well as the installation of 2025 - 2026 Ely Lodge officers.
Saturday, November 22nd - 16th District's Past Masters' Convocation and Officers' Leadership Conference will be held at Bucyrus Lodge with registration beginning at 8A (All incoming Masters are required to attend a Past Masters' Convocation regardless of having served in the East before or not)
Saturday, November 22nd - Overseers Chapter of the Widows Sons will hold a charity fundraiser for Save Our Children at Vermilion Lake Erie Lanes beginning at 2P; This is a family friendly event and all are welcome to attend.
Sunday, March 1st, 2026 - Deadline for submitting Scholarship applications to the district
Saturday, March 14th, 2026 - Statewide secretaries' meeting at Alladin Shrine Center in Grove City
Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 - Names of Scholarship winners due to the Chairman of the GL Scholarship Committee
Sunday, May 10th, 2026 - Ely Lodge annual Mother's Day breakfast at Vermilion Fish and Game
Friday, May 15th, 2026 - 16th District's Grand Master's Reception to be held at German's Villa in Vermilion
Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 - Yellow Dog Degree and strawberry night at Ely Lodge
Saturday, June 20th, 2026 - District leadership conference
Saturday, August 1st, 2026 - Deadline for Grand Master's Medal of Honor submissions
Monday, August 31st, 2026 - Deadline for submissions for Grand Master's Awards
Saturday, September 12th, 2026 - Annual Stars, Stripes and Lights fundraiser at Seneca East High School
Saturday, September 19th, 2026 - 16th District's annual meeting and outdoor raising
Friday, October 16th, 2026 - Annual Grand Lodge communication to be held in Dayton, OH
