Member and Visitor Guide to Register for the Event Meals

• All meal and hotel reservations must be completed by August 12, 2025.
• From your PC, click on this Google Forms event link to register for event reservations, meals, and hotel links: 

• Complete the personal information as a Member or a Visitor.
• If you are currently a member of a AASR Valley, select "attending as a Master Mason" in the AASR drop down.
• If you are a MM and would like to JOIN an AASR Valley, select the Valley in the AASR drop down list. You must petition your chosen Valley in advance of the event (check with your Valley secretary for exact timing). You can petition the AASR online at:

• Complete the Meal Selections using the link to the Valley of Canton provided on the Google Form. After completing the meal selection, return to ORIGINAL BROWSER.
• Upon return to the Google Reservation Form, finalize and submit the form.

All Candidates will receive a mini Square & Compasses, Holy Book Markers and a copy of Preparing the Ashlar.

Lodges will furnish the Candidate with a Holy Book and Apron.
