VOTF Board of Trustees Meeting

The Valley of The Firelands Board meetings will take place online using WebEx as the medium. Board Members and others will receive an invitation via email. The email will list the time, topical agenda, and another other pertinent information. The email will also include a link (for computer, tablet, or smart phone) or the dial-in number (for all phones).

The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., so please be sure to establish a connection before that time. The meeting will be opened on WebEx at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time to give people the chance to log in successfully.

If you have been invited to this meeting, you may join the meeting by using the link (for computer or smart phone) or the dial in number (for all phones) that will be sent to you by email.

When using the computer link, you will need to actuate your audio by clicking on the QUICK START tab at the upper left. You may also need to click to start your video. As we begin, I will ask the participants who have audio to mute themselves in the meeting. Remember to ‘unmute’ yourself when you have something to say.

It is advisable to check in a few minutes early to make sure you have successfully made it into the meeting space and are connected to audio and possibly video.
