Brothers, here is an opportunity to experience one of the most exciting events of your Masonic career!

Science Lodge #50 will leading the Parade as it is also the Lodge’s 200th Anniversary. The Parade Route is Orlando Pace Drive to Hayes Avenue to Columbus Avenue to Water Street to the Jackson Street Pier, where it will disband.

Masonic units involved include:

  • The Commandery Color Guard
  • The Grand Master and some Grand Lodge Officers
  • The Model T car club (offering limited number of rides)
  • Shrine units from Toledo: Firelands Shrine Club/ Fire Truck, Lancers, Jeepsters, Hornets, Clowns, Road Runners
  • Singara Grotto
  • The Valley of the Firelands with a float
  • Rainbow Girls
  • Job Daughters with a float
  • DeMolay Boys
  • Widow's Sons on their Motor Cycles.

Rides are available for those who can’t walk the route.

Dress is dark pants, white shirt, apron (bring your own, white, Chapter, or Council). Masonic Caps and Fezzes are encouraged. Let's show our pride.

The Parade will start at 10 AM sharp and we will be leading the way, so we need to be there early. Assemble early at 8 AM at the Stroble Field Parking lot one block North of Perkins Avenue on Camp Street.

To ease parking congestion at Stroble Field, several should ride together and someone not in the parade take the vehicle downtown and park near Columbus Avenue.

We will have an After Glow at the American Legion on Hayes Avenue (Route 4) just south of Perkins Avenue for all Masons who participate and their Ladies. The Legion will be running a cash Bar. Science Lodge will provide cans of pop, bottles of water, hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, potato salad, pasta salad and chips in the Shelter House behind the Legion Hall. There is plenty of Parking.
