Degree Oversight and Program Meeting

All interested Valley of the Firelands members are welcome to attend.

We will be planning the schedule through the end of 2019.  Degrees will be scheduled, as well as other programs. Proposed programs include the cathedrals presentation by Russ Herner, reverse raffle, Kelly's island trip, Easter egg hunt for small children, Health Fair, Hessler anti-masonic movie presentation, Celebrate the Rite, a Charter Celebration when we receive our charters, and the Scottish games. It has also been proposed to hold Scottish rite and York right degrees at the same event to encourage membership in both bodies. Also to be discussed are handicapped accessibility markers, dress codes, and which organization or lodge has adopted each degree. So far, 5 lodges, the Widows Sons, and the 9th Capitular District chapter are scheduling degrees. We will discuss adding these sponsored degrees to the schedule.
